Description

This data contains information for all currently active Real Estate Appraiser licensees. Each record will be for an individual licensee, and will contain their Name, Unique Identification Number, License Type, Original Certification Date, Current Certification and Expiration Dates, Reciprocal State (if any), the Name of the Business they are associated with, and the Business’s Address.

This dataset does not contain inactive or revoked, cancelled, or suspended licensees, or records for licenses that have expired but are pending renewal. It also does not include Real Estate school or course information. Addresses are not the residential address of the individual licensee, rather they are the principal address of the business the appraiser is associated with. Addresses may or may not reflect the actual physical location of the business itself.
