Notes
The DBE program is a United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) program designed to ensure that small businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals have an equal opportunity to compete fairly for USDOT-assisted contracts. This dataset lists all firms that have been certified as eligible to participate as DBEs in New York State. USDOT does not permit State or local MWBE goals to be included on contracts that include Federal funds.
