Industrial Development Agencies' Project DataIndustrial Development Agencies (IDA) are required by section 859 of General Municipal Law to submit annual financial statements and are required by Section 2800 of Public Authorities Law to submit annual reports to the Authorities Budget Office. The reported information includes financial assistance provided by the IDA and job creation/retention for each project receiving assistance.
